Hey, I’m Max. Founder of TEEN BUILD.
I started training at 14. I Made every mistake possible and spent 2 years going nowhere.
Then I figured it out. 6 months later – More progress than the previous 2 years combined.

I became a Qualified Coach at 17. Since then I have worked for multiple gyms coaching Hundreds of people.
Now I help teens skip the trial and error and get straight to building results.
TEEN BUILD Is About Holistic Teen Development.
With social media and the dreaded “Doom Scroll” dominating teenage life, health has never been more important.
That’s why I started this.
I imagine a more balanced world. More activity. More creativity. More confidence in our youth.
Teen Build exists to make fitness accessible to teenagers – structured, effective, and built for their stage of life.
But it’s not just about looking good.
It’s about building habits that last. Discipline that transfers. Confidence that carries into everything they do.
